Hi All,
I have read the existing post on the Genesys Cloud Integration with ServiceNow query and understand one option is to use the softphone https://www.softphone.it/
There was also a mention on one of the post there is an out box of the integration now with Genesys and if i could get a link on how to enable this option please.
Also are there Genesys Integrations build and managed by ServiceNow/Genesys partners in Australia?

I reached out to our Genesys account manager and have been advised possibility of a native ServiceNow connector from Genesys. Not timeframes provided yet.

Are you aware of third-party CTI connectors? You can use them to unlock some out of the box capabilities like adding a web-based app to the CTI. Open to exploring the integration possibilities with Genesys and ServiceNow?
