Here am Again stuck with a scripting issue
So my requirement is I want to calculate duration in the instance_metric table but exclude on_hold time for assignment group definition. OOTB Field calculates duration with on-hold time hence I am creating a new custom field.
I am trying to achieve this using task_sla table as it has a field called business escalated time that calculates incident duration without on-hold time.
Is there any way I can get this field on a metric table or any other approach to achieve my requirement.
