get User Reporting hireachy and check wether user member of Particular group

Hello Everyone

in sys_user table  want to check if user is Manager or not. if user is a manager then need the reporting members to him. need this from top level at last i want to check whether users part of particular of group or not. if those part of the part need to return those users

What do you mean with that last part? And is this related to the first part with the manager? Up until there I understood what you are looking for, but after that, it gets vague.
