getNextObjNumberPadded() is not working in sn_compliance_control table

Hi,

We see unusual occurrence in OOB table named "sn_compliance_control"(GRC module) and "sn_grc_item"(base table). 

There's an OOB filed named "Number" with Default value set to "javascript:getNextObjNumberPadded()".

When line items are created in this table, there are few rows for which this field is set with empty value.

What is the cause for this occurence?

Hi,

 

Could you check in the sys_number table whether for the specified table Prefix and number of digits are added or not. If yes , go to the specified table and check the controls tab and see the auto numbering sections if it is correct or not .

If everything is in place , then it should work , as its OOB table maybe you can check with Hi team after your initial investigation.
