Getting 400 Error in Rest API while creating PDI to Stagging table in another instance

Hi all,

I am trying to create an incident from PDI to another stagging instance,I am not unable to create the incident, showing a 400 error Bad request

please check the attachment anyone can help, please

attached the HTTP method, script include and business rule 

Please give the solution
