Getting Created date in the drop down of reference qualifier

We are filtering distribution channel and plant reference variable based on sales organization value. And showing the unique values in the drop down.
Drop down records are coming correctly but i am getting the Created date instead of distribution channel name and plant name.
I tried making Display as true for Distribution channel field in the reference table . But as both variables Distribution channel, Plant are referring to same table it will not work for Plant then.
So currently i dont have any Display as true field in the reference table.

How can we show the drop down names in the reference variables: distribution channel and plant instead of showing created date.

Hi @Amrutha K V ,

1. Open the Tables you are referencing.
2. Right Click and Configure Dictionary on the field that you want to dispaly.
3. Check the Display Checkbox.

@Amrutha K V

what's the purpose of 2 variables within MRVS pointing to same table?

1 table will have only 1 field marked as Display=True

You can try to use Lookup select box variable instead of reference and then add the field name in Lookup label

In Lookup label field give -> sys_created_on

Ensure in variable attributes add this since you are applying reference qualifier on this based on Sales Organization

ref_qual_elements=salesVariableName

Example like this:

Output

AnkurBawiskar_1-1774267347751.png
