Getting error : need admin account to install an application in servicenow

I am trying to install an application for virtual agent but i get a popup saying "needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it." 

But i am the admin, i have admin role. I don't know what do they mean by admin, here is the screenshot

@PriyanshuVerma1 This message indicates the permission from the application which you are trying to access via Virtual Agent. For e.g. if it is integration with MS Teams, your admin of MS Teams should allow explicit permission to ServiceNow's Virtual Agent to access contents of MS Teams in ServiceNow.
