Getting Error on SP portal

When user with snc_external login to Service Portal, they are getting below error.

Error:  Part of the query on incident has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_range' operation on incident.opened_by

Error: Part of the query on incident has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on incident.active

 

Can anyone guide me to resolve this error.

SP portal is for internal IT and can be accessed by snc_internal not external role. Gv snc_internal role and check.

I noticed the same issue since yesterday on all our instances, but all our users have snc_internal. So this might not solve the base issue. Do you have maybe another approach? I checked the ACL query ranges, but they look correct.
