Getting error while approving the approval requests on service portal

error is "Delegates are not allowed to approved their own requests"

Hello,

 

OOTB delegates are not allowed to approve their own requests. If you have to give the access, you will need to customize OOTB widget "Approval Info" . Please refer https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/delegate-user-can-not-approve-or-reject-the-req...
