Hi Team,
I am doing the MS Teams integration with the personal instance using the following links.
But When I click on install in servicenow to link servicenow with MS Teams, I was getting the below error "Can't find External App Information". Is anyone experienced this issue.

Hi @sai krishna10 ,
I also followed the same article to for VA and teams integration in San Diego. I encountered lot of issue.
1) You cannot use teams with free license.
2) This article is incomplete. I followed the same steps & integrate with non-free license of teams for integrations. Even if it woks somehow but with lot of issues. So I raise HI Ticket with ServiceNow they said your setup is incomplete. There are single tenant & multitenant approach for integration based on that some steps varies.
There are lot of steps involves like get Tenant ID, Client ID, upload manifest file etc.
Follow steps mentioned in official ServiceNow docs. Second ServiceNow article you have mentioned seems to have all required steps.
If your question is solved, please close the topic by marking my answer "Accept as Solution". This will help others searching for a similar question and will remove the topic from the unsolved list.

Indeed. a good few steps. Interestingly, on another PDI running San Diego , it do not get the "Can't find external applications" error and it will attempt to log me into teams - so gets a bit further. Sadly, it then says failed without explanation or details. I don't think you need to worry about multi-tenant for a personal demo/setup case and it should work using a personal MS dev account etc
- see this very useful video I have been following - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk0a_uEy11U .
If only ±I can get it to play ball.
