Getting error while integration. SOAP Error

I am getting the following error when SAP is trying to Insert data into ServiceNow instance.

Error during proxy processing (PART UNKNOWN (NULL) )

Anyone having any idea about why such an error might be occurring.

Hi Siddharth,

I guess that the message from SAP is not getting off the Enterprise where SAP is situated and onto Internet.

And that this URL might give some hints...

Set the trace configuration to "Full Trace" with SOAMANAGER.

Then you will be able to display the full SOAP request and SOAP response.
