We have configured Inbound certificate based Rest API Authentication in ServiceNow. uploaded CA certificate chain and configured User to certificate mapping successfully. but when ever we perform testing we are getting "User Not Authenticated" error. Anyone faced similar issue or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
