Getting the Business Criticality field ci_cmdb_service onto the incident form

I need to add the business_criticality field from the cmdb_ci_service table with the value from the Business Service document, that is linked to the incident via the cmdb_ci (Service) field. I want to achieve the same thing as what we already have in place:
When you select a caller, the department, Location, email etc. are populated based on the values from the user document (the caller)
The problem is, the Business Service name that is shown in the Service field of an incident is effectively the Name from the ci_cmdb table, and the business_criticality that I want to have in the Incident (that is also visible in the Business Service form) comes from the cmdb_ci_service. How can I get this to work?

Did u get the solution for this problem.
I m also facing the same prob.
In the report we have to add a field which is in run on task table but getting the fields for conf item table and not for business services table.
