Currently I'm implementing the AWA for HRSD and some users reported that they are getting the below error.
I have referred the community but I couldn't understand the exact issue. Can anyone please tell me what is going wrong here? I checked whether there are any ACLs on awa_service_channel.inbox_alert_audio but there no such ACL. Where exactly should I check these things?
