Hi

Recently we have upgraded our instance to zurich

i am trying to open an incident form in ATF and i am getting the  below error

I created user with itil role and with that user i am opening the incident form and setting the values, getting this error in opening the form step

This step failed because the client error '/glide/nodes/devbhp006_16041/webapps/glide/itil/WEB-INF/ui.jtemplates/uxc_form_extension.xml (No such file or directory): no thrown error

What could be the reason.

Hi @Abdul

Could you please let us know where the test fail, I mean on what test step?

This is very coming issue after incomplete upgrade.

You can check the user role.

I am also experiencing the same issue.

running script: uxc_form_extension.xml the following error occurred: no thrown error

The ATFs are failing at 'Open New Form' and 'Open Existing Record' steps.  I've tried the following:

 1) Setting up a view value in the test step. Form is currently being validated in default view, which has an empty name. It did not work.

2) Repairing the ATF plugin. It did not work.

Hi @Abdul

Can you repair ATF related plugins and try again.

ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner: com.glide.automated_testing_framework.

Incident Management — ATF Tests plugin (com.snc.incident.atf)
Automated Testing for Virtual Agent: com.glide.cs.atf.
Problem Management — ATF Tests: com.snc.problem.atf.
Change Management - ATF Tests: com.snc.change_management.atf

After repair the plugin Check it incognito/private browser.
