GIThub spoke not available in servicenow personal developer instance and how to get it

I am triggered to do some learning on github integration for which we have github spoke already in servicenow and wants to try in my personal developer instance.

When i searched in available applications in servicenow store i didn't find the Github spoke please help on how to get this to do some testing

Unfortunately, GitHub Spoke is store app, so this can not be installed in PDIs.
