The above property has our ADFS URL in it but for some reason instead of redirecting users to that URL when ADFS fails it just redirects to the ServiceNow logout page. Any thoughts on why it is not going back to ADFS when the login fails?
Note: we are trying to US ADFS 3 and we have setup a custom error page for when user try and login with IE8. This is working for all our other applications that require IE 11 or higher.

Hi Brian,
Are you using multi sso? If yes then under the identity provider record you should see a field 'failed_requirement_redirect' which should also have same value then it will redirect correctly?
Can you explain more on your sso configuration.

Hi Brian,
Ok so it is not multi sso. Did you check any other property which needs to be set for failure redirection.
