Global Search Bar

Hi All,

Is it possible to configure the search bar to also look into a specific column on a table?

Lets say, if i want to look for an issue I have to type its number eg. IPTXXXXX, however we also have a column called 'reference no', would it be possible to enable searching these values?

OOTB it cover the task and child table

Hi,

If you are able to search on that table, then other text columns should already be include, unless you have excluded them intentionally. 

Can you search records from the table in question?

So the table concerned is sn_risk_advanced_event.

I can look up by using Risk Event number eg. IRExxxx but if i use other field like 'reference' it shows incident records where this number has been used in the work notes. How can i configure it looks u references on the risk event table?

As far as I know , the global search text will search in every where as per define search source.  Did you try to test this?
