Global Search Bar

Hi All,

Is it possible to configure the search bar to also look into a specific column on a table?

Lets say, if i want to look for an issue I have to type its number eg. IPTXXXXX, however we also have a column called 'reference no', would it be possible to enable searching these values?

Referenced columns should be searchable but not work notes, that is way to big to be indexed and its not recommended or possible.
