Hi,
is it possible to configure "Exact Match" on any other table/attribute?
I have configured the asset search and it is working for the asset tag which is the same format as the ticket numbers
(IT001001950 vs INC0229901)
but it does not return Exact Matches, am I missing some configuration?
Or is this hardcoded to be the number attribute??

When your search exactly matches the Number field value for a searchable record, global search displays that record, enabling you to bypass the search results page.
