Global search is not working in native ui and Search result is coming different.

Hello,

looking for solution on following issue-

 

Issue Summary ->

Global Search is not working in native UI and Search Results in SOW are different as compared to other instances.

     tried generating the text index, repaired plugins ‘AI Search for Next Experience’ but still the issue exists.

 

Problem Description->

  1. Global Search is not returning any results in Native UI. Example – when searched with username ‘Carsten’. It returns no result.

how to make global search available again?

 

 

2. When searching for user Carsten’ in Service Operations workspace. It returns different search results as compared to another instance.
