Global Search not working

I'm having issues with the global search.  It's strange because the dev side works but live does not.  When I search for a word the search states there are no results for asset.  

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Can you check System Definition->Search Groups if the groups have been deactivated in ServiceNow.

All the groups are set to be Active.

Is asset there in the Search Groups? Check if Dev has it...You may beed to copy the same

Hi,
I am having the same issue. I can replicate this in one of our Utah subproduction environments but when I make the same changes and/or update the search group with the project task table for example in our production environment (Tokyo) I don't return anything from search. In Utah on subprod instance I can toggle the active flag on and off which works by returning project tasks.

Have you had any luck???
