I've read the documentation online and in the community about adding additional tables to the global search for the Now Experience UI. The ask i've been tasked with is to add the cmdb_ci table to this.
I've added an entry to the Search Source table.
Created a new entry in the Application search sources table.
But when i do a search for a server, I don't get the table to show up.
What did i miss.

@EricG one last check if you created record is active, because i seen a behaviour when I configured global search it became inactive automatically but after making it worked for me.
If already active then then also not working you should raise a HI case.

Thanks that was it. I feel alittle dumb on that one.
Do we know why that field is "Read Only"? I looked through the ACL's and Configuration, and can't understand why I as admin can't update. Got it done, but...
