Google chat to Servicenow Integration

Hi guys,


My requirement is whenever any user of particular domain type a message in google chat as per  below format:
Issue: "message" (where issue is keyword)
and click on send button.Simultaneously incident should be create in Servicenow incident Table with short description as chat message.
I have done all the required configuration at both side.(Servicenow and Google chat).

Can you please suggest what should be my further steps?

@Tejasr1 You want to use google chabot instead of virtual agent?

Thank you for your quick response.

Actually I want to integrate Google chat and Servicenow. I am not using virtual agent.
Let's  say,
There is a common space created for all the employees in organization.If anyone in the common space send a message as per discussed in above format or (see the screenshot) .Then incident should be created in servicenow with short description as a message.

I am attaching screenshot, so that you can suggest me.
 

If you are not using Virtual Agent then which chat server you are using to render chat or vice versa to your client.

 

Can you please let us know what are the steps you have performed and the issue you are facing currently.

Actually, this is my personal requirement just for practicing Google Chat to ServiceNow Integration. Simply once I send a message from my Gmail chat, It should create an incident in the ServiceNow incident table. I prefer Outh2.0 Authentication method for google chat and servicenow integration.I do not want to use virtual agent.
