Google Maps is not working on ServiceNow

Hi all

 

Today I noticed that all my maps are not working (yesterday they were ok). They only loads the first position and puts all points into this position. I've checked on other instances, with different maps, and also checked the demo instance for the "Critical Incidents Map" and they are all with the same problem.

 

Does anyone know something about changes on this feature? Is there anything to be on the script to fix this problem?

Hi all



I've just navigated to Google Maps web site (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/business/clientside#MapsJS) and found out that API v2 was supported only until yesterday (2014,May,19th). I've created an incident on HI to check with ServiceNow what we can do.

Support is aware of the Google Map issue and can provide you with a workaround. Please open up a ticket in HI, like Leandro Costa did, and they can help you out.

Thanks for the answer, but I have the ticket opened on HI since I noticed the error (INT2375059) and still haven ´t received any answer. Do you know what is the workaround? I need this urgently, since my clients are been impacted with this issue.

I do not. But I am sure our guys are working on getting it to you as soon as possible. If any news around the issue appears I will give you an update.

Hi all



Support already have a workaround. They attached an Update Set to my ticket in HI and it solved the maps problem.
