I am trying to use the out-of-box GRC Business Users group as an assignment group on GRC Issue (IPT) records. The group is active, unhidden, has a manager, role and users. No luck! Every group is in the assignment group lookup except this one. Anyone had a similar experience or know why? The group meets the reference qualifier conditions by being active, unhidden, and having a manager.

Let me answer my own question. 🙂 I had to change the group from hidden to not hidden and back to hidden for it to work! Makes no sense. You can tell if this is the issue by going to your list of groups and adding the conditions active is true and hidden is false. If it doesn't show in the list, then make the changes and it will show!

You can tell if this is the issue by going to your list of groups and adding the conditions active is true and hidden is false. If it doesn't show in the list, then make the changes and it will show!
