GRC: Metrics and Assessment Questionnaire

Hi.

We have GRC implemented, and the Risk Manager has a requirement to create surveys for risks that are "outside of GRC." (i.e., hotel workspace survey, walk-up experience satisfaction survey, etc.)  They do not want the risk associated with a policy, risk, etc.. but want ServiceNow to capture the responses. They are looking at the "trigger conditions" for the current surveys we have (i.e. hotel workspace survey).

The question is, "How do we trigger the assessment without it being associated with a risk, policy, etc.?" 

Also, is there a better way to do this? For example, should we not use GRC for this since we do not want the survey/assessment associated with policies, risks, etc..

Have you looked into Survey Management instead
