Group Approval to be sent to a single email address for multiple approvers

Hello Gurus,

I am looking to find out whether it is possible to create a group approval which generates a single email notification that is sent to a group`s email address instead of sending one to each group member... ( Using OUT-OF-BOX Functionality) ?

Hi Maros,

You can give the group email and uncheck the field "include members". Please refer below screenshot attached for reference.

NOTE: You have to personalize the form if this fields are not visible on the form.

I did.. it still generates multiple approval records emailed to each approver`s email address. any idea why ?

Can you clear the instance cache and check the result once.

thinking about it a little more, what behavior are we actually expecting from ServiceNow ?

One way or another, if a group has 10 members, 10 approvals will be generated no matter what I do.... but perhaps sent to a single email address, thus spamming it in a way... ?? did i get it wrong/right ?
