Hi All,
In group approval even though I have selected wait For to "Anyone To approve", when one of the approver approves the Group approval is not getting set to "Approved" state.
Can any one tell me since I have selected "Anyone to approve" this function should be taken care out of the box?OR do I need to set the rest of the approver list to "Approved" by using some code?
Thanks,
Uma

If you have "Anyone To approve" then out of box the request should get auto-approved, there is no need to write any script.
If you impersonate some user and provide approval on behalf of someone (in development / Test box) then such requests do not get approved but if actual approvers are providing approvers then such approvals should auto-approve the request.

Hi Deepak,
I impersonated the some user & tried even as Admin user but it does not change the state of Group Approval to Approved when any one from the group approves the request.
Thanks,
Uma

Hi Uma,
What release you are using?
As already said by Rajeev, it should approve, even in the case you impersonate with approver or change the state of sysapproval_approve record generated for approver by admin user

Hi Deepak,
I an using Helsinki instance currently.I have also tried this on Geneva. It's the same.
The group approval does not go to Approved state when Anyone approves the request even after selecting the Wait For "Anyone to approve".
Thanks,
Uma
