Hello,
We recently upgraded to Vancouver. We are facing some issues with the Change Approvals. When we get any specific group to approve the change and once the first approval is done the status for the remaining members of the group is not being changed to No longer required. The state still remains as requested. Has anyone gone through the similar situation. It would be great if someone can share their experiences and any resolution for this scenario.
Thanks,
Harsha

Hi @harsha005 ,
Did u check the change workflow approval part, if "every one required" configured instead of "any one approved".
Any group specific approval logic written in workflow?
-Thanks,
AshishKM

Hi,
Check if any business rule is written . If not write a business rue to make all the approvals to no longer required .
Also check in workflow if you have selected anyone one approves
Thanks

Hi @harsha005
If possible, try to repair the plugin. Seems some business logic not upgraded.
