Group by created, but with hours instead of days?

Hello!

I am working in the UI builder to showcase unassigned interactions on the workspace homepage. I have the data grouped by "Created". OOB it is grouped by days, which won't work for our department.

How do I specify the grouping to measure in hours instead? (images attached)

Hi Stephanie,

I would recommend modifying the existing report ranges (name = global are the report ranges for all tables) or creating your own for the specific interaction table

Modify the label to set it to hours
