Group by field on Database view report

Hello All,

I got a requirement where I need to create a report using  Task state metric(metric) table and a_resource_task table  I have created  Database view report using two tables and provided access to Team lead users, now users should be able to do group by status and export specific tasks state records.

How to can we do group by on database view report(list) for task state.

you should be able to add Group by on database view field.

I have tried this but if we do group by column we are getting records with only group Status but here my requirement is bit different,

GIVEN I am logged into Resourcing Team Lead user

WHEN I am on the ‘Resourcing Task Status Report’

THEN I should be able to filter for task records relating to the 'With BN' state (i.e., tasks in that specific state, or that have been in that state previously)

With BN is a state value right?

why are you not able to select that in filter?

I'm seeing 'copy url to clipboard ' message when i tried to show matching by Status.
