Guest User Access Issue on ServiceNow Portal You are either not authorized or record is not valid

Hi ,
I am working with the ServiceNow Service Portal and currently logged in as a guest user (unauthenticated). When I try to access a specific page or widget on the portal, I receive the following message:
"You are either not authorized or record is not valid."
I understand this is likely related to permissions or record visibility. I have already verified that:
The widget/page is published and visible on the portal.
The portal page is linked correctly in the navigation.
The record exists and works correctly when logged in as an admin.
Could someone please guide me on:
What ACLs or settings I need to check to allow guest users to view this page?
How to properly configure public access to a custom widget or record for unauthenticated users?
Any examples or documentation links would be appreciated!
