Guided Tour: start it for the same user multiple time

Hello,
I have created a tour for the home page in my PDI as Administrator.
I want the tour to be launched all the times the user Administrator access the home page.
I found in an article the instructions below, however, it doesn't work for me. What I have noticed is that the User column (that shows when I click point 3. in the instructions below) shows empty. Could this be the reason why?
==== INSTRUCTIONS
Once a user marks the tour as complete, it will be recorded and it won't be auto launched for that user again. If you want to reset that for a particular user,
1. Navigate to the Guided Tour record.
2. Click on the override the tour auto launch related link
3. In the list opened open the record corresponding to the user and clear the Disable Auto Launch field check box.
