Has anyone even managed to create a process flow formatter in Agent Workspace?

Hello everyone,

I know that the process flow formatters are not supported in Agent workspace, but has anyone managed to create something like it?

I have never created custom components for workspace.

Hi Kristian,

May be the closest component you will find OOTB and which can suffice your need is "Stepper"

Otherwise you will have to create a custom component of your own.

Hi 🙂

You could add the UX component 'snc-ribbon-process-flow-v2' as a Ribbon. Not super pretty, but it displays the process flow. You can configure it via the Workspace Ribbon Settings.

Where do I find this component? I searched for snc-ribbon-process-flow-v2 in the component definitions and couldn't find it.
