Not sure if i should start here with a Mobile Agent or Mobile Now issue.
We've been staring to bring up the Mobile portion for SN.
The Mobile Now module was pretty easy and the OOB was pretty slick. Only need a couple of tweaks for our purposes.
The Mobile Agent, however, wasn't so easy.
History:
I started to develop the Mobile Agent interfaces about 5 years ago.
The basic audience this was intended for wanted it pushed to PROD so they could use with "Real" tickets vs. using the proper method and test in Lower Environments first. Needless to say, they didn't like it as the interface was to different from UI 16.
Now, I've started getting traction about wanting the ability. Particularly for after Hours support.
Well, do to security tightenting and management wanting SN Admins to use MultiFactor in addition to SSO, I'm not experiencing issues getting into Mobile.
We are using the MicroSoft Authenticator for MF. I have no issues with this in the NOW Experience UI.
But with Mobile on an iPhone, I can't enter the MS Authentication code. Nothing on the popup window allows me to edit. it eventually errors out.
has anyone else experience this? I need direction on the issue and potential solutions.
