Hi,
I'm having trouble adding Agent Assist to interactions on the CSM workspace. I've searched and tried following the steps indicated in other forum posts, to no avail.
These are the three table configurations on interactions. I have deactivated the "related search results" and made a table configuration of my own (the middle one).
When deactivating the "related search results", I get this screen:
How do I get it to show the agent assist screen (the table configuration that I created)?
I've also found this OOB declarative action assignment on interactions for CSM workspace and replaced the component attribute with the sys id of my custom table configuration.
Am I missing any steps? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
