Hello, Modification made in Dev can not be seen in Test instance

During testing in Test instance, my boss wanted me to make some changes again in Dev.

I created a new update set in Dev for a modification made on the instructions part in a catalog item. The Update set was moved to Test but could not see the changes made in Test.

Update set was made in Dev, it shows it was committed in Test but not working.

Did the update set had customer update captured in it?possible to share a snip of the update set.

Yes Danish, there is are customer updates captured in it. I was wondering if it was because I created a new update set to do the capture before moving to Test, or was i suppose to export the update set already in Test and capture the changes in it in Dev and then move it back to Test. Do you think it has anything to do with the sys_id from the new update set not matching with the sys_id i have already in Test? I am just wondering the possible cause and how to deal with it... Hi @Fredy Voke Have you verified the updates you did captured in update set before you committed to test instance?

some times this happens, you can re capture again in dev and move it to test

Yes I did verified, But I am not sure why. Do I export back the Update set from Test to Dev to re-capture again or I can create a new update set in Dev?
