Hello All,
OKTA Integration has been added to our instance. Whenever user get created in OKTA, it updates the user in ServiceNow with all of their attributes. However, whenever the user attributes are updated, the other fields are updated, but the read only fields are not. If we remove the read only settings, the fields will be updated normally. However, removing the read-only attribute is not the solution; does anyone have any suggestions?
