Help Needed: Custom UI Click Component Issue with Popup in ServiceNow

Hi, I’m trying to open a popup by clicking the 'Add' button using a custom UI click component on Service Portal, but ServiceNow isn't able to retrieve the component. Is there any solution for this? Additionally, I need to fill out the popup and click 'Add'. Any help would be appreciated.
