I have a requirement to display incidents assigned to a particular ITIL user.
The condition is that a popup or dialog window should display these incidents only when the ITIL user logs in to their instance (this should also work when impersonating).
I need to use an iframe so the user can navigate to a specific incident when they click on its number in the popup window.
Once the user closes the window, it should not display again until the next login.
Can someone suggest the steps or procedure to achieve this?
