Help Required to Identify Source of sn_grc_workspace.smart_asmt_reminder Event

Hi Team,

I need some help understanding where the sn_grc_workspace.smart_asmt_reminder event is being triggered from.

My objective is to disable all OOTB notifications related to the Smart Assessment table that are being triggered for Control Attestations. While investigating, I noticed the event sn_grc_workspace.smart_asmt_reminder, but I am unable to determine its source or the process responsible for generating it.

I investigated the Event Registry and found that the sn_grc_workspace.smart_asmt_reminder event is configured to be fired by a Playbook Card Action. However, I'm still unable to determine which specific Playbook/Card Action is generating this event and how it ties back to the Control Attestation process.
