Help Text icon for field in form

Hi all,

I need to set the help text for a field in Request form as we have more information, help text in Record producer variables.

I tried to configure label added the text in help box but it is not working.

Please anyone sort it out.

Are you looking for variables help text?

In that case, you have to use 'Annotation' section:

1. Show Help - True

2. Help text - with info details

Annotation will be displayed always when user opens the form.

I want the help text to be displayed when user click on the icon.

Hi,

On a form, you can add hints in a label after configuring the field dictionary. The label hint wont be displayed as similar more information in catalog variables, it is shown only when you hover the mouse over the field label.

Hi Alikutty,

There is a help text box above hint in configure label. The help text box is not working.

I don't want to display the message when user hover over the field.

I want to set an icon near to the field, when user click on the icon, it should display the help text.
