Help with email channel

Hi Everyone,

 

I have created email channel to create a case using email. When I am sending email from my personal email but I cannot see any case created.

When I am sending email on SNOW email , but case is not being created . Can anyone guide me at what place am I going wrong

Not applicable

Make sure you have configured the Inbound Email Flows correctly.

Customer Service > Flow Designer > Inbound Email Flows
