Thanks for the reply, may be I am wrong but as per my knowledge this is the OOTB chatbot which came from employee center I am using that one only.

EC Polaris | Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration | ServiceNow (service-now.com)-----When I deactivated this my chatbot icon was disappear from the portal.
