This  is service portal level after upgrade shows this icon now version is yokohama

This icon appears all users now but i need hide the  clock icon

Identify the widget, then Add "admin" role so that only admins can see

OR

Simply comment the HTML code

I was able to remove it from esc portal, you can also do the same for sp portal
