hi, we are facing issues on inbound email action description not diplayed properly

Hi Community,

We are facing issue on the inbound email action body content amending to the incident description ex: whatever they are sending through the body it should be captured to the incident description, but here the problem is whatever the data they are sending was not displayed properly in incident description as shown in the screenshot, so please can anyone suggest how we can overcome this issue, thanks in advance.

Note: incident was creating from outside email i.e. dell Boomi.

The format which is coming from dell Boomi is as shown below.

What was the text in the email body? If it is coded in some way, you may need to move it from your field actions, to your script, so you can do some formatting.
