Login in to Developer.service-now.com
On home page you will see your instance and under that you will get option to Wake up
If after login you did not see PDI link/ name , considered you instance has been reclaimed and now you need to request a new PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi there,
In case waking up the instance like Atul mentioned is not working... only thing you can do is wait and hope that your instance will get back online. If it doesn't come back, it's up to you to decide to release your instance and request a new one instead.
There's no support for these free PDI's. Note: always backup your work, since PDI's might become suddenly unexpectly unavailable!
Kind regards,
