Hide info message in service portal

I want to hide the above info message in service portal when i open the portal

It is an alert in on load client scripts/ Catalog Client scripts. just remove it. will hide it.

It is coming for all portal index page whenever i am opening it. I checked with catalog client script but there is no such info /alert message.

It does not look out-of-the-box. Did someone recently add something on your instance? Did you do some development yourself?
