Hide Insert and Insert and Stay UI Actions

I have a custom table and I need to hide the right click options for Insert, Insert and stay.  I took the global UI actions for insert and stay and insert put them in my custom table then unchecked active but they are still showing.  Is there something else I need to do?

Ok that worked putting false in the condition but leaving active as true.  Never had to do that before.
